Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in. The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation. The fitness center including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee per entry. To use the fitness center, guests must be 18 years and older. Please note, the fitness center is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance. The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station. Guests with children must inform the property at the time of booking. Please specify how many children will be staying and their respective ages in the special request box.
