Booking Process

Voyabay acts as an intermediary between you and accommodation providers. When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the hotel or property. Voyabay facilitates this transaction but is not the direct provider of accommodation services.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed at the time of booking or according to the property's payment policy
• Currency conversion rates are approximate; your bank may apply different rates
• Some properties may require payment at check-in or checkout

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. The specific cancellation terms for your booking are displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Please review these carefully before completing your reservation.

• Free cancellation rates: Cancel by the specified deadline for a full refund
• Non-refundable rates: No refund upon cancellation
• No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount

Modifications

Booking modifications (dates, room type, guest names) are subject to availability and the property's policies. Some modifications may result in price changes. Contact our support team to request changes to your reservation.

Accurate Information

• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking
• Guest names must match valid government-issued identification
• You are responsible for notifying us of any errors promptly

Property Rules

• Guests must comply with all property rules and regulations
• Properties may require valid ID and credit card at check-in
• Additional guests beyond the booking may incur extra charges
• Damage to property may result in charges to your payment method

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in and check-out times vary by property
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee
• Late arrival should be communicated directly to the property

Service Availability

Voyabay strives to provide accurate, up-to-date information about properties and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely accurate or that services will be uninterrupted. In rare cases, properties may overbook or close unexpectedly.

Third-Party Services

Voyabay uses trusted third-party booking platforms and payment processors to facilitate reservations. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for their actions or the actions of the accommodation providers.

Force Majeure

Neither Voyabay nor our partners are liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or transportation disruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voyabay's liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
